How do I subscribe to Uff Gold?

Tap "Unlock Uff Gold" inside the app. Safari opens our subscription page where you can pay by card. Your access unlocks automatically the next time you open the app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are time-bound (3, 7, or 30 days) and do not auto-renew. They expire on their own — no cancellation needed.

I paid but the app still says I'm on the free tier.

Close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't unlock within a minute, email us with the address you used to pay and we'll fix it manually.

How do I delete my account?

Profile tab → "Eliminar cuenta". This permanently removes your account and personal data. You can also email us to request deletion.
